Candice Schembri is a seasoned real estate operations professional with over 20 years of behind-the-scenes experience spanning both title operations and brokerage. Now bringing that expertise to Transaction Coordination, Candice offers agents a seamless, detail-oriented approach to every transaction from contract to close.

Her real estate journey began in title operations in 1998, giving her a foundational understanding of exactly what happens on the other side of the closing table. Over the years, she's done it all on the operations side — helping launch new real estate offices, managing agent support, and working hand-in-hand with Brokers to keep things moving.

Real estate has always been part of her world. Growing up surrounded by family in the industry, she learned early on how it all works — she just always knew her place was behind the scenes, making sure everyone else could do their best work.

These days, Candice is excited to bring her full depth of experience to Transaction Coordination. Her familiarity with both title and contracts means nothing slips through the cracks — she knows what to look for, what to flag, and how to keep every deal on track from the first signature to the closing table. Fair warning: she actually loves the fine print, and she thrives when a tricky contract situation needs untangling.
